Comet SWAN
This comet is so close to earth that it’ll be visible to the naked eye. My first time ever chasing a comet, it’s quite tough but worthwhile 🤟🏻 C/2020 F8 (SWAN) or Comet SWAN was just recently discovered on April 11, 2020. The Sun's heat vaporizes some of the comet's material, releasing dust particles that were trapped in the ice. A combination of solar radiation pressure and solar wind blow away gas and dust from the comet's nucleus, forming two separate tails: the ion tail and the dust tail.
